Explore the WhiskyTubeMap

The WhiskyTubeMap is a flavour map of whiskies, designed to help you explore your drams more easily.

Each station represents a distillery house style, wood finish, style or blend - whatever you would mostly likely see on a label. These are organised along lines with flavour themes, so the stations that are most similar are closest together, so if you like Macallan, you’ll probably enjoy the stations around it. The map connects well known blends and malts with whisky styles from around the world.

Nikki and Blair met by chance at an event and instantly saw the potential for a WhiskyTubeMap. They combined Nikki’s flavour mapping process and Blair’s experience of whisky of creating World Whisky Day and tasted their way through as many whiskies as possible (tough gig!) to create the map. They know whisky shouldn’t feel daunting or hard and believe it should be mixed cocktails and long drinks as well as drams.

The Pocket Guide to Whisky is our guide to all things WhiskyTubeMap, it features a guide to every station, including visiting the distilleries and serve suggestions including cocktails. It also has useful guides to buying, storing and food matching, all in our typical tongue in cheek style. Available in most book shops, or directly from us, RRP £7.99.
